Made for the Old Town PDL models, this system lets you easily find the right riser height for your comfort. The combination of the seat riser, with built in 1/2" rise, and laser cut 1/2" spacers makes it super easy to change heights.
Please watch the included video that goes over this system. We are currently limited at 3" height due to hardware availability but you can use non-stainless hardware as shown in the video to go higher than 3".
Hardware that comes with each system will only work for the system height ordered. However, these use very common #10-24 stainless hardware so it is very easy to pick up different length screws at the hardware store. If you would like an assortment of hardware with your order, please contact us.
***If you would like additional hardware to try out different seat heights, we have added extra screw sets. These are completely optional as the risers/spacers come with the necessary hardware for the height chosen***
Each set includes:
DIY - Pair of plastic seat risers with built in 1/2" rise and 4 screws to allow you to attach them to any block of wood or other spacer you choose.
1" System - Pair of risers, two spacers and hardware to set up at a 1" height.
1.5" System - Pair of risers, four spacers and hardware to set up at a 1.5" height.
2" System - Pair of risers, six spacers and hardware to set up at a 2" height.
2.5" System - Pair of risers, eight spacers and hardware to set up at a 2.5" height.
3" System - Pair of risers, ten spacers and hardware to set up at a 3" height.
Spacers Only - One pair of spacers only. No other hardware or risers included.
Extra 1" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 1" height.
Extra 1.5" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 1.5" height.
Extra 2" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 2" height.
Extra 2.5" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 2.5" height.
Extra 3" Screw Set - Includes 4 stainless machine screws only to setup at 3" height.
PDL version has two holes that can use bungee cord, cordage, zipties or other securement options (not included) to secure the risers to the seat if you desire.
Spacers are laser cut out of hardwood. The tops and bottoms will be unfinished wood while the edges will be charred and sealed from the laser cutting process.
