Designed to assist in quickly winding tip-ups. When it's bitter cold out, you don't want to have to remove your gloves to slowly wind the tip-up reel by hand with those tiny spindles. Modelled to work with Frabill and Beaver Dam round plastic tip-ups but may work with other models. Please reach out if you have any questions.
